DELIVERY & PICKUP DETAILS

Please refer to our DELIVERY ZONE MAP to make sure your address qualifies for delivery

Pick-up days/times: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 2pm-5pm. Delivery days/times: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 5pm-6pm.

Orders must be made by 12pm the day before desired delivery or pick up day.

All orders of $50 or more will qualify for FREE delivery (otherwise, a delivery fee of $5 will apply).

SOCIAL DISTANCING

All deliveries are contactless.

Drivers will coordinate by phone to have items  left at front door or lobby and will wait a few minutes to make sure the order was properly received.

Be sure to include a buzz code if you live in an apartment or condo building.

Customers are responsible to pick up their packages and to store the items properly in a timely manner.

If nobody is available to receive the package, orders that include perishables will be brought back to our facility and will be available for pick up at an agreed upon time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

No exchanges or refunds (exceptions may apply).

Please contact us in the case of any missing or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.


POLICIES

Prices and availability are subject to change.

We will continue to add and adjust product list based on demand and availability. 

If there is a particular product you'd like to order that is not on our site, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate when we can.

Our drivers will not enter any place of residency for safety reasons.


CLEANING

Our workspace  is cleaned and sanitized several times a day.

Our staff are trained to package and prep every order using gloves and wearing masks.

Delivery drivers are equipped with gloves and masks.
